概述  

1、罐體系統(tǒng):罐體材質(zhì)，316L或304不銹鋼; 罐體設(shè)計(jì)壓力0.3MPa; 夾套設(shè)計(jì)壓力: 0.35MPa;罐體結(jié)構(gòu):帶發(fā)酵罐專用取樣、放料閥，帶有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)溫度、PH、DO 傳感器插口;罐蓋結(jié)構(gòu): 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)泡沫電極插口1個(gè); 視燈視鏡口1個(gè); 通用補(bǔ)料接口3個(gè); 接種口1個(gè); 排氣口1個(gè);表面處理: 不銹鋼內(nèi)外鏡面拋光，拋光精度Ra0.4;                                

2、滅菌方式: 在位蒸汽滅菌;    

3、攪拌系統(tǒng): 三層六平葉發(fā)酵專用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)槳; 控制范圍:50~300rpm,控制精度: ±:1%;  

4、溫度控制: 冷卻水溫度+5~ 65℃; 精度: ±0.1℃;                                                

5、PH控制: 瑞士梅特勒PH電極及屏蔽導(dǎo)線; 范圍:2~12pH,控制精度: ±:0.02pH ;    

6、溶氧控制:瑞士梅特勒DO電極及屏蔽導(dǎo)線; 范圍:5~ 100%，控制精度: ±2%;    

7、泡沫控制自動(dòng)檢測(cè)泡沫添加消泡劑; 靈敏度100~100000? ;
